Within the framework and scope of our business, It is our standard of business conduct to Delight our Customers by anticipating the types and quality of products and develop suitable products and services before the customer even asks.

Should there be a difference in customer expectations or opinions we offer our commitment to full resolution of the issue promptly within minutes or within 24 hours not counting any potential shipping lead-times.

We provide a set of procedures to request assistance using our HelpDesk Customer Support system and the ability to escalate issues to our senior management as required.

Some of our operations and personal are located in the United States (West Coast) and some are located in the European Union. Therefore, there may be times when immediate contact is not possible but prompt replies to HelpDesk messages, emails or voice mail messages is our commitment.
